Palazzotto Cabernet Sauvignon

Perfect pairing with red meats, whether grilled, braised, stewed or roasted.
The color of this wine is brilliant ruby red, the nose is intense yet elegant with aromas of red berries and licorice. Full bodied and dry in the mouth, the fine-grained tannins are beautifully integrated with the hints of oak.

Vine layout: manual harvesting, fermentation in stainless steel
tanks with eight days of maceration, several punching down
