San Ivon
A hillside vineyard in the San Ivon area, on the hills overlying Breganze. In 2005 the Maculan family planted the Vespaiola grape, an indigenous variety of the Breganze DOC, that can be used to produce a white wine, the Vespaiolo, or dried in the “fruttaio” for four months until January, to get the juice for the famous Torcolato.
